help me with some diet pills that actually work?
im on the larger side and i want to lose weight. im going to use Diet pills but i dont know which ones work good. So tell me, whats the best for me to use? and it has to be over the counter, im only 17. and i dont want to spend alot of money on it. just some good working diet pills found at target or cvs?
Losing weight doesn’t have to be complicated but it just takes a little bit of will power.
Just get into the habit of swimming every day or two and stick to it.

If you use pills you risk messing with one of your vital(needed for living) organs. Eat less calories, and move your butt more. Eat less calories than you burn off of a day. That is what causes weight loss. Pills will not do this for you, all you have to do is change your eating habits.

Diet pills are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see.
All you need is a good healthy diet - lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation
