help with a diet and exercise plan?

k i’m 15 51 and weigh 121 i need to loose 15-20 lbs fast can someone please give me a good meal and exercise plan. thankyouz.

dont snack, run for about 1 mile a day untill u can run a mile and a half then 2 then so on and so on. eat friut more often and drink more water. u will prbabl loose 2 pounds a week if u follow this which is more than u think but it will take time to loose wieght and it will only happen if u really put everything to it.

    you can’t lose weight fast. since you want it fast i doubt you will work for it and give up early.

    just run alot. and dont eat junk food. can’t be any easier than that

    You’ll get up and exercise for 1 hour, then have breakfast eg cheerios with skim milk, 2-3 hours later you’ll have lunch, small sandwich, with fruit and a low fat fruit yogurt and at around 5-6 you’ll have a kiwi fruit for dinner. My friend has done this diet and her breakfast and dinner stay the same however at lunch times she sometimes changes things around, now she has lost 10kgs in 1 month! so the diet is good?
