Help with a Diet/Workout Plan?
Hi
I’m a 23 year old female, I’m 5′4 and weigh 114 pounds. I need help trying to keep a consistant Workout and Diet Plan. I have been going to the gym for about 2 months and don’t see any change.
What would anyone recommend me to do to get my body toned. I’m not looking to lose alot of weight, maybe like 4 or 5 pounds but I mainly would like to tone my body.
