Help with diet and exersize plan?
I am a 15 year Old girl and 140 pounds and 5"7.
I would like to slim down my stomach area.
I have been working like this:
15 min yoga
15 min situps, pushups, burpies etc
and cool down.
I do this twice a day.
Today i ate:
1 egg
2 peanut butter toast
hot dog no bun
apple
and a tart
i also have been drinking lots of green tea.
What should i do to improve my Diet and work out?
lots of water.if you want to gain muscle eat more proteinand more calories and google a workout routine.if trying to stay healthy and loose fat.kill the calories.throw in some cardio.since you 15 you shouldnt have to eat less.just trade hot dog far a salad.use wholegrain bread.no carbs before bed.throw some veggies in.take a vitamin and buy some fish oil pills

three pounds is 9000 calories. to lose 3 pounds, burn 9000 more calories than you eat. use wolframalpha.com to calculate how many calories your burn for various activities.
