Help with my diet, any advice is appreciated?
I started my diet about a week ago, started with walking a mile a day and cut out sodas…all I drink is water, black coffee, sweet tea and Mich Ultra ;-b ..will I lose weight doing this? I also eat wheat bread sandwiches and vegetable soup, what else could I do to help me and what other cheap foods could I purchase…

Hate to say it, but cut out the sweet tea too, at least to where it’s only a special treat every now and then. Sweeten with honey instead of sugar, too.
Other than that try adding lots of veggies to your Diet– find ones you like and eat some with every meal. Also, eat breakfast if you can make yourself do it– cereals, fruit, yogurt etc. not pancakes or bacon n eggs.
