so i m 18 yr guy n have just finished 12 board exams
i have two free months pls dont give me links i want ur personal anwers
i m 95 kg 178 cm overwt bmi 28.something
so i want from u to know tht how can i improve my fitness as i cant do single push up or pull up
how can lose atleast 30 to 40 kg wt
in Diet what r the things tht i should just stop eating or drinking pls be detailed even if its tea sugar water or whatever
plus suggest me on improving stamina by jogging n most imp how should i keep my self motivated to atleast run every day as i have 2 months holiday
pls suggest me every thing u follow in ur lifestyle to stay fit pls help me i desperately want to lose 30 to 40 kg wt in two monthss
any kind of suggestion will be highly appreciated
one more thing if not starvation thn can i fast for 1 or 2 days in a week . will it work
First you decide how much you want to loose?
Slash 100 calories to lose 5 kilos/year
Slash 250 calories to lose 11 kilos/year
Slash 500 calories to lose 22 kilos/year
you may need to cut more or fewer calories depending on your age gender and weight.
After deciding this you need to work on it so exercise is obviously important so see through you daily exercise.
Exercise- do some yoga and go for walk,jogging,do ups amd down bend down so tat it looses fats from stomach.And to flatten your tummy do some strecthin exercise which strectches your stomach so tat u can loose some fats.Everyday you do need to exercise 1hour.
Meal- Meal is very important.see that you dont skip your breakfast,lunch and dinner.Breakfast is very important have something light have fruits and drink milk to get energy in breakfast.In lunch have Chapati with vegetables,dal and have salads after your lunch so that it get digests fast .In dinner you must have somehthin light things.
Dont take fat and oily items you need to avoid it like chocolates,chips,samosa,sweets.
Drinks-you need to drinks lots of water atleast 10 to 15 glasses.Avoid cold drinks and wine beer istead go for coconut water.
i lost 6 kilos by applyin this and kept it consistent in my life…:)

1. YOU NEED TO MOTIVATE YOURSELF: ASK FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO GET INVOLVE. you can’t expect to lose weight if your not motivate.
2. Eating habits: don’t try to cut out every single food you eat ( but don’t eat greases foods) just try smaller portions with lots more vegetable. If you haven’t try eating fish; like salmon. If you know you are going to be out for sometime pack your lunch you could make a sandwich with whole wheat bread, bring a piece of fruit, and water or green tea.
3. Exercising: do not try and rush to lose the weight. you may end up hurting yourself. Before exercising be sure to stretch for at least 15 minutes. this will help relax your muscles. for my exercise plan i run/ walk every other day and the other days i lift weights and do sit ups, etc. this gives your body rest in between exercises. if your body is not conditioned or ready do not push yourself. start off walking for a week, then maybe next week try jogging/ walking, then the following week you can run/ walk and gradually reach to a nice run you can handle.

Hey friend,do not get too much worried.
first of all boost your confidence and determination that you will restrict to the prescribed or healthy diet for longer.
-take fruit juice say orange juice in morning as starter,lemon water is also good
-no extra snack,biscuit is allowed
-instead of whole cream milk use fat free milk
-take good quality protein eggs(boiled),sprouted beans etc
-use fiber as much you can in your diet,whole grains,porridge etc
-consumes green leafy vegetables
-curd, butter milk will work for you
-do not eat too much
The most important of all increase your physical activity
-sports are best way to exercise for you
-swimming ,skipping,simple walking
-use stairs instead of using lifts
