How can i get this body? Excersise diet help please!?

atm this is my inspiration.. the beautiful jess hart.. here is a picture

she has the perfect body and i want it!! how can i do this??

at the moment i’m 55kg 173cm (i think thats 5′7) and 18 years old…

i am skinny but i want to tone to get that.

i do (try to) 90 sit ups a night. what else can i do?

**********i have what i ate today on my other question so you can go there and look at what i ate if that helps…

im in the process of doing this myself. i run 3 miles in the morning on an empty stomach, because thats when your body needs energy and it uses body fat as energy for the activity. then when i arrive home i do p90x and ab ripper x. i have breakfast and a protein shake after. the foods i eat for breakfast would be stuff high in protein, if im not in the mood to eat such things i have watermelon, orange, banana, or any kind of fruit. limit your calories and have meals with vegtables. just because your counting calories doesnt mean u can eat like a steak and think thats good enough, how about half of the steak and some veggies? i like watermelon tho cuz when my stomach is growling the watermelon takes away my hunger. not a very good thing but for me it works.

monday 3mi run, stretch, abs
tuesday 3mi, core
wednesday 3mi, cardio, abs
thursday 3mi, strength and sculpting, abs
friday 3mi, yoga
sat drink
sun chill
thats my schedule
all you need to do is come up with a rountine and schedule. hope this helps

    thats too skinny…why would you want to be that skinny? 55kg is like 110-120lbs right? and you say you are 5′7 which is tall for a girl..i bet you look fine…i like girls with a little meat on their bones..i think your weight is fine…if you really want to tone up then workout a little

    eat 6 small meals a day. such as fish, spinach salad, chicken (not fried), steak ( cut off fat before it is grilled and portioned),

    fruits for snack, vegetables for snack

    exercise 30 min a day (running, walking swiftly, swimming)
    keep doing your crunches before bed.

    do not eat past 8pm

    do not eat breads, pastas, rice, or anything like that.
    get your carbs from vegetables.
    cut out all sugars.
    get your sugars from fruit.

    drink only water, and drink TONS of it.
    try and drink 1 bottle of water after every meal you eat.

    STAY PORTIONED. the key to losing weight is portion control.
