how do i balance my diet to help weight loss with exercise?
I hear that eating spicy food helps lose weight…..also celery and watery fruits and vegetables will help….. eat protein rich food and maybe skip a meal ….not breakfast

I have used every diet in the book but nothing worked as effectively as acai berry. I acknowledge they say that pills will not work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they have been shown on CBS News too.
