How do I go on a diet with out starving myself?
I can eat a lot but I want to lose some weight & exercises take time to loose weight but i still exercise what is a way that works to not be so hungry & want to go get food some where is there a Diet that really works to help some one loose weight & not have a craving for fast food or food with a lot of fat ?
Follow these steps to get in shape.
1. Eat about 6 small complete meals throughout the day (fish, almonds, walnuts, and lean proteins in general, plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, and complex multigrain carbohydrates) spaced out about every 2-3 hours. Consume between 1500-2500 calories a day.
2. Do NOT starve yourself, do NOT binge eat.
3. Be as active as you can; nothing to do for 10 minutes? Knockout 10 elevated push-ups.
4. Eat some spicy foods; take a decent amount of vitamin C, and drink between a half-gallon and a whole gallon of WATER a day.
5. No more soda. Ever.
6. If you do drink coffee, drink it black.
7. Do at least 35 minutes of cardio straight at least once a day, at least three times a week, more if you are not trying to put on muscle.
8. Do a large amount of full body exercises whenever possible (Jumping Jacks, Pull-ups, Chin ups, dips, squats, hanging leg raises, hanging knee raises, back raises, glute ham raises, burpees)
9. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night, but no more then 9.
10. Avoid anything deep-fried, white bread, sprinkles, and any refined sugar.

The only way that works is to count the calories that you consume and burn more than you take in. Try to take your mind off of eating by picking up a new hobby - even better if your hobby includes exercise.

Good luck!

It’s a simple equation: burn out more calories than you take in.
I wouldn’t go for those "Zone" diets which mean all protein no carbs. It’s murder on your liver. But do some sort of exercise every day, whether it’s a walk or run, or bicycling, or working out in a gym.
Take the stairs, park in the spot furthest away from work and walk it.
Don’t freaking deny yourself ANYTHING. All you’d be doing is set yourself up with a binge of all the foods you’re depriving yourself of. Try eating moderate amounts of all the food you normally ingest. If possible, cut out booze. If you really want a drink, try vodka with diet coke, ginger ale or Sprite. And if you want fast food, get a kid’s meal, so at least you still have some indulgence. Just take it easy the next day, or exercise to make up for it.
The trick is to keep shocking your body, so your metabolism doesn’t slow down from too light a diet. One day eat a thousand cals, next day eat 1,400 cals, another day eat 1800 cals, and so on.
good luck!
ETA: Please ignore "Inna" - laxatives do nothing to help you loose weight, except perhaps keeping you out of the kitchen because you’re on a toilet! Laxative do nothing but loose water weight, and you can really mess up your electrolytes like potassium, chloride etc.,
