I am grossly underweight. Will joining the Gym help me or should I just concentrate on my diet?

I am about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weigh only 47 kilograms. So I am really all bones and no flesh. So should i hit the gym or concentrate on my diet first to gain some weight?

Better concentrate on your Diet first before joining Gym.

    hello!
    increase ur diet intialy coz before gng to gym u need sm stamina to workout..
    i suggest u to surely join gym besides increment in ua diet..
    like two boiled eggs nd a glass of milk daily..while gng gym carry a bottle of glucon-d..
    u cn find ua improvement in 3months

    All of those stuff.First thing in the morning get some eggs out then carry some water to the gym if your planing to go there.At lunch in a healthy food like some meat and all these stuff try not to put to much grease or oil cause that release enegry.And yes joining the gym well help if you always do it for about fifteen minute to a half an hour.Cause remember your underweight.
