i am joining the air force in a year, i just need a good diet and excercise plan, can anyone help?
i weight probably 220.
according to the chart i looked at, i cant weight more then 180, so thats only 40 pounds.
but i want to weight between 150 and 160,
now, im going into my senior year in high school, so i have time,
but can anyone give me or help me with a Diet and excercise plan i can do to start loosing the weight.
i do not have access to a gym or weights or anything,
i do have a bike.
so is their any way someone can help me please?

ride your bike every day, go for walks/jogs/runs, eat healthy and you could also do calisthenics which are exercises that don’t involve weights.
