I messed up my diet =;[ help please?
so im on a "Diet" will you call it , im actually just trying to eat healthier
for breakfast i had
cheerios with half an apple chunks and 1% milk and a glass of 1% milk
i just popped the apple slices into the bowl with the milk already inside
ok then i had church
and i had a slice of carrot cake i didnt want to but it was someones birthday and i didnt want to refuse
then i had an orange
and for lunch i had
a multigrain wholewheat sandwich with 2 slices of turkey , lettuce, carrots, and broccoli
then
i had tortilla chips ALOT OF IT when i say alot i mean alot….
its been so long since i had them so i overindulged
then dinner
chinese food pork fried rice, sesame chicken and chicken and broccoli
after wards i had 3 apples
i ate so much chips then i had fried food .
ughhh plus i ate dinner at like 8:30 which is late
we went to a friends house , if we didnt my diet wouldnt been on track
what should i do?
how can i not gain weight from this mishap?
advice im feeling down right now.

awwe man;] i know how you feel, guilty.
so just do to livestrong.com, add up the calories, and burn them off right after your breakfast digests tomorrow morning. p.s. avoid milk tomorrow. and you might be a little bloated right after your done working out but once you use the bathroom and by the time your done taking a post-workout shower, youll be fine!
