I NEED 2 GAIN WEIGHT ONA VEGETARIAN DIET!!! plz help?
okay so im a 13 year old girl, i weigh between 75 and 85lbs(its always changin). i have ALWAYS been tiny and i get comments on it every single day. in jeans im a 00 and in bra a 32A. the ONLY meat ill eat is tyson chicken nuggets and lyk catfish. now, i have a choir trip 2 san diego in april and i REALLY want to be able to "fill out" my bikini ykno? its so embarrasin bein as tiny as i am and i really wish i culd gain weight, and i just wanna kno how to gain at least 10-15lbs within the next month. i kno sum ppl r ganna say"well u shuld be thankful to be thin" or "ur 2 yung to be thinkin about tat" but when evry1 else around u is wearin a 1 in jeans, its embarassin. so plzzz only giv me answers that will help cuz im VERY insecure and i just want help! plz and thank u
More starchy carbohydrates such as bread, cereals, pasta, rice and nuts might perhaps help, especially if you combine them with animal protein such as the ONLY meat you eat, sea food, dairy products or eggs.

Know what’s even more embarrassing? When everybody around you is wearing a 1 and your a size 8
What I’d say is to eat more food more often. Keep it semi healthy, but since you’re so thin don’t worry about being too healthy. Good luck! And btw, being a vegetarian means eating NO meat, so you’re not a vegetarian…but close..just not quite yet.
I’m a vegetarian and I eat no mean, and stay away from lard and gelatin(Like refried beans, cakes and cookies(some are made with butter though so that’s ok) and marshmallows, gummy bears/worms, starbursts, ect. Yeah, it’s a hard ‘nough life, but I think it’s worth it. It really depends on the person (:

Try buying some mass gainer from a health store or buy whey protein and drink a shake in the morning and one right before you go to bed but keep eating like you normally would.

liquid calories are the easiest to consume extra of. you can drink extra milk with meals. or between meals. flavor it with chocolate or strawberry drink mix. i like milk poured over ice with some cola added. it tastes like a coke float. milk and cake, milk and cookies, milk and peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
baked potatoes would be good weight gain too if you add butter,cheese and sour cream.
if you are going to eat the nuggets and catfish then call yourself a flexitarian. it’s basically a vegetarian who will occasionally eat some animals. i’m one. i had one Mcdonalds fish filet sandwich this yr.
