i need a 5 month diet and work out plan so i can get ready for wrestleing season can anyone help me out?
i weigh about 160 rite now but i dont have alot of muscle i want to weigh just under 10 next year
i am wrestler as well and what i do before matches is to eat lettuce and carrots or any kind of veggie for a week and i loose like about from 5 to 10pounds . since u dont have a lot of muscle u should take this Diet for about 2 weeks and try to gain muscle by working out and try to eat a lot of meat when trying to get muscle
