I Need A Good Diet and Excersising Tips PLease Help Me?
Im a way over weight teen and i need to lose alot of weight and im 180 pounds and im 13 years old and im 5 "1" Please Help
1. Cut down on the foods you eat.
2. Spend at least 45minutes-1hour doing some kind of cardio/strength training(daily,or every other day)
3. Don’t give up, and watch as the pounds fall off.
Personally what I do is limit what I eat every day. I’ll make some eggs and whole wheat toast in the AM, Have a banana and some grapefruit for lunch, and have some salmon and some steamed veggies at night.
I swim every day for about an hour. Then do P90x ab ripper. That seems to do the trick for me.
