I need diet help. I need to be motivated and serious and need help!?
Enough is enough. I’ve been telling myself I need to lose weight and I’ve done nothing about it.
I want to start Dieting first thing tomorrow morning, and I’m asking you guys for some help.
Basically the main thing I want to target would be losing my man boobs, as those are the most embarrassing part of my body.
How would I target those? I’ve heard different things; some say bench pressing, but others say bench pressing would build muscle and make them appear larger.
Can anyone direct me to a site for teens or for adults that can help me with meal plans? I have no idea what to eat. I’m 16 and so I would like to have some healthy, but easy to make meals so I can make them on my own.
Lastly, I would like, if possible, for some of you to share how you’ve kept motivated. It seems that no matter what I do or tell myself (how good I’ll look, etc.), I can’t stick to it.

*Drink more water . I use club soda and a little bit of 100 % fruit juice and drink that because I am not crazy about water .
*Get your parents to do it with you !
*Dump the junk food !
*Don’t eat too much food with ingredients you have never heard of .
*Find something you really like to do instead of eating , Something outdoors !
*Invest in Wii Fit . Its fun and healthy !

Lunch
>Avocado, cucumber, tomato, grilled chicken, and honey mustard in a whole wheat tortilla
>lean beef burger and whole wheat bun
>grilled chicken, parm cheese, on whole wheat bread
Dinner
>Bowtie Pasta with chicken, broccoli and marinara sauce
>Black Bean Soup
>Spaghetti With Turkey Meatballs
!Every Morning walk for an hour
!Do situps
!Stretch every morning
!Hula Hoop
!Do Pushups and add one each time you exersise
!Find some arm exersises because will decrease chest size
!Try Yoga positions such as the tree or down dog

first of all switch up your eating habits junk food only makes you lazier and sleepy. eat clean dont eat processed foods and exercise. start a weight lifting program at a gym
