I need help figuring out a protein diet?
I need to be on a high-protein Diet. To lose fat and to gain muscles in the right places. I don’t know what to eat. If you know please list the foods I need to eat.
I need to eat 5 times a day
High protein foods include: meat, fish, eggs, beans, pulses, lentils, nuts, dairy products, soy and tofu.
