i need help on an easy healthy diet and workout plan?
i need to get in shape. i am 12, and i weight over 100 pounds which isnt alot, but none of my friends can carry me, and i know most people will say im not fat, but i just really need a plan to lose tummy and THIGH fat. i HATE thigh fat. lol, please help me. and i need soemthign helpful! not some pills, or sumthing saying eat carrots for a week. i need soemthing helpful.

well… you know your body is just getting started and changing and you can’t control some things… probably best to eat well, be active and be patient
BUT
jogging will keep you fit. simply get good sneakers and run… start with a mile and see how you do… just do a nice run don’t try to run as fast as you can… do it every day. put on some headphones and your ipod and enjoy the summer. if the mile is good then try a little further and so on… and maybe keep track of the time and try to get a little faster too…
you can start running in school too… track team and cross country…
when i was 13 i lost 20 pounds… i was 140 though… by running in place in my basement and then running outdoors. i now run over 20 miles a week now and i’m in great shape…
and try not to eat a lot of sugar… (it’s tough though… i love sweets but i can eat them because i run so much)
also biking is great… i used to go 10-20 miles. i liked to challenge myself and see how far i could go.
