i need some diet help or suggestions…….?
okay, i need to lose about 20 pounds. i was told that a liquid diet works quickly. what do you think of this or do you have any Diet suggestions that will work….. thanks!
I lose 20 lbs. I did it by exercising every morning and eating healthy foods. DONT DIET! just eat right and exercise, but dont forget to treat yourself to some low fat ice cream once in a while!

First thing, brush your teeth often. This removes the taste of food, especially sweet things. Also some people eat unconsciously because they have plaque, which causes an acid taste in the mouth. Avoid breads pastas, junk food as much as possible, or if you can’t avoid them, with protein. A good sandwich is peanut butter on whole wheat bread with honey or jam, it’s a protein and won’t spike your blood sugar much (which is what causes the most weight gain).
If you lose the weight quickly, you might put it back on just as quickly - better to make healthy changes and lose it gradually. Smoothies help, because they are tasty and full of nutrients, and can be absorbed by your body easily. Using ginger is the key to good smoothies. Do NOT use cow’s milk: water, soy or nut milk. Drink lots of water and peppermint tea to fill you up and flush away toxins. Cow’s milk, btw, is never a good idea, unless it’s raw milk from a source that you know is healthy.
Do abdominal exercises, like situps, just make your stomach slightly sore helps. Light exercise makes you feel better so that you’re more active, burn calories AND eat less.
Find something to keep yourself busy and occupied - so many of our calories we eat while bored!
