i need someone to help me set up a diet!?
i know the basic details of a Diet like 6 meals a day size of ur fist with certain things each meal, but i need someone to pick out the things i should eat for those 6 meals that will help me lose/maintain weight and gain protein for weightlifting. if this helps at all its here, im 16, weighing 165, benching 160, 6ft 0. i need someone to tell me wat to eat like this example: 12:00pm=carrots 1:00pm=apple 2:00pm=turkey sandwich. or something like that

Best one I ever did was the Atkins - been on it for about 10 years. It’s really something when you quit eating the sugars and carbs.
You can get a cheap used copy of his book off Amazon - "New Diet Revolution". It’s a good read - and he’ll explain how food works in your body.
