I recently lost 80 lbs without dieting & need help starting a real diet.?
well i am currently 20 years old, and a male.
Over the past year since Nov 2008, to now, i have lost 80 lbs. I did this by just going to the gym, and working out 5 to 6 days a week 2 to 3 hours daily.
I did all classes that were available, from STEP aerobics, to Spinning, to kickboxing, to Body pump, even Zumba!
i slowly began to change what i ate, because after all this work, my body just naturally asked for better meal choices and etc.
so after one year and 80 lbs, less, i am now beginning to teach Zumba aerobics =)
who would of thought.
but with all this, i want to begin a real Diet.
So i heard somewhere that if i dont eat anything after 6pm (only liquids) until the next morning, That that should help me lose weight.
is it true? should i fast from 6 pm to the next morning? has anyone done this?
or what diet plans do you recommend?

No, it’s a load of crap. Unless you go to bed at 8 pm.
