if i take diet pills for a while would it really help me loose wait?
i got a little belly fat nd i wanna take diet pills
would it help me loose some wait nd would it be perminite or will the gfat come back
I have researched everything, and believe me… there is no magic solution! The only quick fix is to decide to feel better about yourself and not worry about a little belly fat. I know that’s hard to do though! So to answer the question…
Diet pills often have very negative side effects that they don’t tell you about. Some of them are increased heart rate, fainting spells, digestive problems, liquified bowels/extreme diarrhea that leaks uncontrollably (ew!). Most diet pills are just extreme laxatives, which is dangerous because you can become dependent on laxatives and lose your ability to control your own bathroom habits. Others are stimulants, which overload your body and make it work 1000x too fast, which can lead to heart attacks, and loads of other complications. You might lose some weight at first, but I can almost guarantee it will come back.
The only way to get rid of belly fat and keep it gone is… yes… the dreaded common answer… to modify your diet, drink lots of water, and exercise regularly. You can consult with your doctor if you have any health concerns too, otherwise try to look into some exercises you can do at home such as crunches, lunges, sit ups, etc. on google, through videos, or ask friends. You don’t have to be a crazy muscle workout person, even just 15 minutes, 3 times a week can make a difference, at least it did for me. Even starting with 10 minutes every day, if you can fit it in, can help.
Just be careful not to over do it, stay positive, and don’t be too hard on yourself.

Unfortunately these statistically hinder rather than help. 2 in 3 so called pill dieters who try to use things to lose weight for them, end up heavier!
Do you see the box near the top of the page?
The one labelled ‘Search for questions: ‘?
Well type in ‘lose weight’.
You will find over 505,751 pre-existing questions.
Try the misspellings ‘loose weight’ and there are another 116,339.
In all there are over 600,000 Health section questions requesting solutions to being or thinking you might be overweight.
On average these each yield 6 answers, that is well over 3 and a half million answers.
I can usefully summarise these answers in 4 words:
EAT LESS DO MORE. Are you desperate enough to try this???
