Im on a protein diet? Help me w foods n drinks that are acceptable?

Im 18. I’m pretty short and slim. Im 4′11 and weight bout 100 lbs usually. I don’t have that much muscle at all. So I’m doing a protein Diet and doing exercises! I need as much foods to eat as possible. Fast foods and foods I can get from home. Plus, drinks would be appreciated too!

Protein comes from meats/dairy/beans/tofu/fish and those along those lines.

As drinks go, you’ll want dairy, like fat free milk.

    meatt!!! >> fish, salmon, haddock,
    steak, hamburger, pork
    chicken
    ham
    for like a lunch you could toss like one of these meats into a saled with lots of veggies! also through in some egg and almonds!!

    for breakfast i suggest eggs! and you could mix in like chicken and some veggies.

    nutss! almonds, peanuts, cashews, ect.

    peanutbutter and jelly sandwhichess!
