G’day Boots,
Thank you for your question.
I would see a dietician or nutritionist. I would check with the National Health Service to see one in your local area.
I have also attached sources for healthy eating.
Regards

Ok step 1 get rid of the bad food that you own. Now for the diet, cut out all drinks besides water and milk NOTHING ELSE this is the most important part of the diet. Also try to cut out fast food, subway is ok just watch what you get. Do cooking alternatives for food. Instead of frying something, bake it, it makes a difference. Also eat more in the morning and try to eat less at night, it works wonders, if you can’t workout just try to stick with your diet, it should help you out a lot. Best of luck.

What food do you need to eat?
Hmm.. interesting question.
Since you know eating junk food is not doing any good for you,
then change it to non-junk food like fruits and vegetables.
I think you’re a smart person who knows what to eat and what not to eat. Just that the lack of motivation and desire to change the habits.
Drink lots of water to improve your bowel movements or take aloe concentrated drinks.
People often fail because of lack of determination. We can’t blame ‘em though. If changing eating habits is so easy, the world has become healthier by now.
I know of a company that provides personal wellness coach to give you support, advice and everything. You can drop me an email at estellejoy@gmail.com if you are serious about it!
Cheers.

You want to eat breakfast everyday. Eat some fruit, some eggs (or another source of protein), and drink some skim milk. You should eat as often as before, but just less junk! Eating a ton of grapes or carrots to fulfill your appetite is better than eating donuts or candy. Eating better food in smaller portions throughout the day will keep your metabolism up. If you are overweight, and you are still hungry after a meal, drink a lot of water. It will fill you up and it’s so easy to do. You should aim to workout for at least a half hour a day - play basketball, racquetball, run on the treadmill - any of that stuff that will keep your heart rate up for a decent amount of time.

First of all, get rid of the sugar. Soft drinks are loaded with it. Drink water instead. It purifies your system and your kidneys will love you for it. Lay off the cakes and candies.
Second, slow down on the salty foods, such as potato chips, corn chips and stuff like that.
Try to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time every day. Eat moderate portions.
Stay away from processed food, such as frozen dinners and ready made food. They are full of preservatives.
Last, but most important–walk. When you walk, every muscle gets involved. Walk at least a half hour every day. It will tone every inch of your body and also, walking stimulates your intestines into moving your food along the digestive tract more efficiently.
And when you feel like you have this void in your stomach after dinner and you are looking for that "one more thing" to eat, drink a glass of water and wait for 5 minutes and that little hunger pain will go away. Good luck and love yourself.

It all starts with self-control. You don’t need all that shit. Not only do you have those problems, but your life is on the line here. Basic principles of healthy eating:
*Water. Lots of it.
*Whole grains, no over-processed wheat
*Replace those chips and unhealthy snacks with fruit and vegetables. They are delicious.
*No starving.
STAY AWAY FROM:
Any ingredients you cannot pronounce. Read those labels carefully, you should know what you’re eating!
Ice cream and soda are the worst, but avoid any junk food.
Artificial sweeteners. They give you cancer; it’s proven. Consult the pyramid: http://www.food-faq.net/food/New-Food-Pyramid-Large.jpg
Exercise!
Do AT LEAST an hour of cardio three times a week. This means jumprope, walking, running, jogging, bike riding. Pilates and yoga are a nice addition but they do not count as legit cardio.
Push yourself! Go. Now.

1. Morning - once you wake up, drink 2 glass of water, it helps you to pass motion.
2. Breakfast- Eat something light - Oat + Soya Milk/ Powder. It helps you go to toilet 2 and it is very nutricious.
3. Feel like eating - eat some fruits - apple, pear or smtg solid.
4. Lunch - soupy stuff eg. Fish noodle soup
5. Dinner - soupy stuff eg. Tomato soup, smtg healthy and not oily
6. Feeling like eating somemore - drink more water, coz sometime it is because you are thristy, not hungry.
7. Can’t concentrate - eat 1 low calories candy, 1 only or more fruits. Watch out your sugar level.
You actually can eat chips, chocolate or burger but make sure you only eat it 1 in a day. Eg. Monday, you eat chips, Tues - Chocolate, don’t try to mix everything together at the same time, it kill your diet.
8. Try to relax with yourself, overstressed with your body size can cause you constipate and most importantly - BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
9. Go for some light exercise, just don’t glue your butt with "elephant glue" on chair. Stand up more.
10. Good Luck!

your not wrong that diet is terrible you need to cut these out altogether.
First of all you want to try and eat 5-6 small meals a day if you cant manage that then just eat your regular 3 meals a day, also try chewing around 10 times a bite this is very hard i cant even do it but slows your eating down (so you dont over eat) and helps to digest your food better =).
Few ideas for Foods:
oats, porridge, couple slices of toast, bran flakes (good fibre, will help keep regular)
tuna salad (addictive trust me) this is also good for your brain
small chicken breast also with dark coloured veggies (skinless, can also put in salad)
nuts (not salted, dry roast or microwave them ^^) fruits such as bannanas, oranges, grapes
The meats i have mentioned above are also high in protein which will also help keep you regular
also just as important or if not even more important is drinking plenty of water, try about 2-3 litres or 6-8 glasses a day. have a glass with every meal best way to do this, and if your eating only 3 a day then have a couple more here and there. Water will keep you hydrated and switched on and generally make you feel that little bit better, its no magical feeling but you will noticed the difference after a while alongside a good diet and training.
Exercise is very important if you would like to get fit and healthy. You could just diet and you would notice the difference eventually but with a little exercise you will be well on your way =) here a few exercises that you dont need a gym for ^^
Walking, walk where you would normal catch a bus or get a lift (obviously if gonna take you few hours then get another means of transportation) but if gonna take you an extra 20 mins then this will benfit for you.
Running, try jogging/running 3 times a week just start off 15-30 mins run see how far you can get (try not to run away from home work out a circuit lol)
cycle, go out on ya bike for 30 mins, not overly exhausting but nice form of exercise especially on a nice day
Skipping, this is great i used to skip alot (lost me rope lol) and its great work out but does take practice. 15-30 mins
static exercise, press ups, sit ups try 10 of each and repeat 3 times, this wont make you muscle or mascaline but just tone your body.
and do your dvd 1nce a week, trust me my gf does these and she bored of it already try to space out how often you do it otherwise you will loose interest.
dont do all of these exercises in a week you will die lol, but very important to mix it up and it will keep you interested.
if you can follow this type of lifestyle you will feel so much better about yourself, 1 your changing your life for the better and 2 a sense of acheivement
hope this helps think covered everything mail me if any more questions …
