Muscle Building Diet Help Please?

Can someone please outline a diet of what I should be eating during a typical day if I wanna put on roughly 14 pounds of muscle in around 2-3 months.
I do workout regularly though feel it’s the diet which lets me down!

Any help is greatly appreciated.
