my diet struggle help or chat needed?
i have been on so many diets throughtout my 28 years. but its like the minute my head hears im on a Diet. it makes my body go no no no.and goes in to overdrive screaming feed me feed me. no diets allowed LOL.but i think i really need some advice. i want to loss 1 and half stone in a month. will it be possible for me to do this and is there anyone out there thats trying to lose weight and eat healthy at the moment. as id like some advice or just general banter about the struggles of weight loss.so i know i aint the only one out there trying to remove the love handles
I’ve struggled with my weight for a few years now and I started on a diet two months ago and have lost nearly two stone. I think I just came to a point where my will to be slimmer was bigger than my will to eat crap. I am aiming to maintain it too, not just put it all back on cos i don’t want to lose that feeling of being skinnier. It’s not so much will power I’ve learnt but a decision, I can eat a whole pizza and feel full, bloated and lethargic or eat something healthy and feel good about myself. You can limit yourself and just tell yourself, yes, I’ll have pizza one day but just occassionally like once a month … trust me, four weeks isn’t that long

hey i know the feelong ive struggled so long with weight but i went on a eat healthy plan and the gym and i lost 3 stone 4 lb in ten weeks you neec to get it in your head and tell yourself you deserve to lose it and yeah anything is possible when you believe
