need diet help ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

well im 13 and about 5"5 and 1 weight 170 i want to lose about 20 pounds in 2 weeks is that possible and if not please tell me some ways to lose a lot of weight really fast and not the throw-up thing

    just work out a lot drink lots of water instead of eating stuff thats unhealthy eat stuff like salad rice beans drink low fat milk but remember to run u will lose a lot of weight fast if you push

    You can’t lose 20 pounds in two weeks. 20 pounds in 2 1/2 or 3 months is much more reasonable.

    It’s not healthy to lose 10 pounds a week, 2-3 pounds is better. start exercising more and eat fewer calories.
