Need help with Master cleanse diet program?

I plan to undertake a 10 day master cleanse Diet consisting of lemon, cayenne pepper, maple syrup. I need suggestions on how to go about taking this diet effectively for 10 days. Are there side effects to this diet? How can the body adjust itself to solid diet after the cleansing is over?

There are side effects and they’re all bad.

It’s a dangerous con. Dont do it.

    Hi :)
I myself know the master cleanse very well cause well.. i did it. First you need to see a doctor just to see if everything is A-Okay with you. I honestly don’t think it HURTS to do the master cleanse.. i don’t know what other people think..ehmmm but I definately felt good after doing it .
Umm, I think you need to prepare. For ex.. you don’t want to be going to McDonalds eating Big Macs the day before the cleanse. You want to slowly get your digestive system on track.. so try eating healthier before it. Oh and this is gonna sound a little weird but try taking a laxative before you start and that would definately help also.

And when your like done the fast.. you really don’t want to eat any solid food. ( BIG MISTAKE!) You would feel really really sick! Try some fresh blended fruit juice or somethind and wait till you stomach adjusts. Maybe after the 13th day, you can have spome solid food.

Lucy is pretty much spot on with her recommendations, where as the Minister of Truth…not so much.
The only thing I would add is that there can be side effects but they depend on your unique body make-up. You can get cold like symptoms as your body starts to push out the toxins. Headaches, weakness, and gas are some other thing you can experience but it’s nothing to worry about.
I’d also add that some doctors may frown upon the master cleanse for the simple fact that alternative practices like this is taking money out of their pockets.
    Good luck and happy cleansing.
