NEED TO DIET… HELP PLEASE…?
I’ve been big my whole life, but right now I’m the biggest I’ve been since I graduated high school.
I currently weigh around 235 and 5′4"… I have a lot of muscle which I’ve always loved, but there is no denying, I need to lose weight.
The exercise thing, I’m working on, I know I need to be more active. I am lazy and that I’m trying to work on…
Right now, my boyfriend and I are living at his mother’s house so we can save up to buy our own place at the beginning of the year. It’s hard to actually cook dinner because we don’t want to impose on her, so all we have is a refrigerator and microwave. Not to mention healthy food is not cheap, especially when you are trying to save money.
I’ve been doing better on my portion sizes, but the bad food and bad habit of snacking is killing me… (Probably literally)…
Basically I need suggestions on Diet tips for food that can be easily prepared, and even some exercise tips that could help me lose faster. I’d like to lose 40+ pounds by my birthday in September. (Aim high right?)
Ok, I mean meals.. I know what food is healthy for you… i.e.. Veggies, fruit, jello…
I want to actually eat a satisfying meal. Something that will make me feel good. I’m not going to eat some celery sticks and a cup of jello with a popcicle for desert… I need an actual meal.
baked chicken and steamed veggies.
You know I was browsing online a couple months ago and you might consider trying the ‘vinegar diet’.
i tried it once and couldnt because the taste is horrid, but it does have really amazing reviews on losing weight fast, you take a table spoon at every meal and it burns calories faster,.
Id stick to chicken if i were you, stay away from fast food and red meats/ fried food as well, snack on fruit all day long if you want to, and introduce your taste buds to new fruit as well, i could eat fruit all day, .. love the stuff.. lol

strawberries, (w/ honey- honey is really good for you too)
bananas w/ cereal
blackberries/blueberries (( yum, my favorite)
papaya (also another favorite and really really good for you
pomegranates
tangerines
grapes of course/ oranges.
oh.. what else is awesome is, i know me personally was never introduced to any thing other than the red/green common apples, but they have 2 new type ‘the honey crisp/ and another ‘the pinata’ apple, seriously, these apples are extremely delicious, its not hard to eat your apple a day when eating these type.. soo good, no exageration.
substitude spinach when you are eating lettuce, it is so much better for you,
instead of ice cream eat frozen yogurt w/ fruit.
frozen grapes are soo good also, instead of candy eat fruit, instead of chips eat popcorn,.
and so forth, i could go on and on, i am no health crazed person, i love to eat, and eat it all, but also worry about my weight sometimes.. (( booo))) but its all good, you live once right?
oh.. i hate the mess out of sea food, i really do.
but i do eat tuna, im not sure if you do, but i got this recipe from my sister.
its, 1 can of tuna/in its own ‘water’.
mayonaise
pickles
frozen peas (make sure its the frozen kind)
boil a few eggs, peel and chop, then add into tuna salad,
also, a small green apple, also chop, then add.
its good, i hate left overs but can bring this salad to work and it is enough for two days of lunch,
very cheap, and pretty good for you too.
you should try it out.

good diet foods are popsicles (not expensive, and no fat), yogurt, rice quakes(come in a bag), jello, pudding, celery, carrots, cauliflower, nuts, dried fruit, apples, watermelon, etc
