NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT! DIET SCHEDULE? PLZ HELP?
IM 128 pounds, im only supposed to be 77 lb, i need to lose it. plz give me excersise methods(without a machine) what a should eat daily , plz help, i nedd to lose it before august
oh like include timings like what i should do at what time. by the way i cant run outside cuz its dangerous. and what i should eat
Well Soy Milk decreases belly fat and you can do simple workouts such as squats and lunges for your thighs and lifting weights and doing push ups for arm strength. You can do crunches and sit ups for Abdominal muscle. You can simply just switch to not drinking soda, eating junk food, and even snacking. Try jumping rope for 10 minutes every morning and look at the incredible difference. You have a long way to go believe me I’ve been there, I used to be 165 lbs and now I’m 135 lbs from changing my life with simple stuff. Try these tips, but remember over exercising can be just as bad or even worse than not exercising at all, so pace yourself. Hope all Works Out!.

in the morning drink a glass of milk with maybe alittle bit of cereal.For lunch get a few pices of bread and for dinner eat your normal dinner i do ten jumpingjacks,dance i little to music.Drinking lemonade makes you weight less and i take chances like bowling skating and other sports you like.I followed that routine and now iam 14 and weight 67 pounds now i need a way to gain weight.LOL!

This might now be the answer your looking for but I really don’t think you need to lose weight at all. I know what the media is all about and they want you to look a certain way… they want you to be this skinny twig you see in magazines. But trust me your perfect just the way you are because God made you that way. You shouldn’t stress to much over something like this
