no carb diet i need help from you all out there?

if some one out here can get me a free list of a no carb dite would you ple send it to me. thank you terry. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO EAT ARE NOT EAT . HELP ME.

Stay away from ALL white foods- white bread, white rice, white pasta., etc. Replace with whole wheat. Eat lots of veggies, and fruits.

    You need to eat carbs. Carbs are the ONLY nutrient that your brain uses for fuel; without it, your health suffers. Your body starts to use other nutrients, so they aren’t dispersed equally.

    Want to lose weight? Eat 1500 calories a day, whatever you want (although obviously you’ll be better off if you eat a balanced, nutritious diet). That includes carbs, fats, and protein!

    No Carb diets are excellent for losing weight short term, but they are very hard to follow long term.

    I’ve looked at the percentages for all sorts of diets, and balanced diets are followed much longer than extreme diets (No Carb, Fasting, etc.).

    You can lose weight if you did right way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works amazing for anyone. I lost my weight fast using this diet way.
