omg im so fat now please help will this diet work!?!?!?!? PLEASE PLEASE im crying!?

i used to weight 105 over the summer. i struggled to gain weight. now i weight 120. and im struggling to lose weight. i just measured my hips and waist and i gained an inch on both. i have a stomach pooch now that i cant even suck in. when i wear pants a small layer of fat portrudes over the side. i can hold the fat on my stomach. im literally crying as i write this. i can barely see what i am typing. if i eat 700 calories and work out 1 hour each day and drink tons of water will i lose 15 lbs ?? how long will it take? i dont care if it is dangerous i just need to lose this weight. please help me. im 14 and 5′4. please dont tell me iim not fat..because i know that i am. i don’t need to hear it anymore. just tell me if it will work! thanks.
this is a example of what i would eat:
breakfast- diet hot coco, apple
lunch- fruit salad, 80 cal yogurt, 50 cal turkey slices
snack- diet snapple
dinner- 300 cal or less
no dessert. if i am really hungry maybe a piece of fruit.
exercise 1 hour each day. help me please i cant even look at myself in the mirror.

First thing: you are beautiful & gorgeous so keep your self esteem UP because if you don’t believe that you’re pretty than nobody will
Second: Your Diet isn’t that great. In order to lose weight you need more grains to help give you light energy to burn off more calories. So start having light pasta and maybe a little LEAN meat because turkey slices are nothing. Stay off snapple and other sugar drinks, drink lots of water.
Third: IF your one hour of exercise is jam-packed with fitness to the extreme, you should be losing weight. If not, don’t be afraid to walk/jog places or go swimming. Try convincing your parents for a gym membership and then go everyday after school like me. It’s fun and it’s all at your own pace (no school coaches yelling at you)

Good luck, I hope you get a better image of yourself because somebody always has it worse than you :P

    Calm the F down. I’m 5′6" and 155lbs and im not crying. Just know this: if you lose weight by a starvation diet, you will have to keep at that diet in order to stay at the new weight. So why don’t you eat a normal 2400 calorie diet that doesn’t include too much sugar, have plenty of water, and exercise regularly so you can lose weight AND be healthy?

    seriously im 5′3 123lbs and i am skinny not like stick skinny but average size. i would suggest not trying to lose weight but to tone up. just try to do several crunches ever night with some cardio and some weight lifting

    You’ll lose weight fast, but soon gain it back after you continue to eat normally. (which you’ll have to do unless you want to end up less than 90 pounds and in a hospital)

    To lose weight, I recommend eating around 1200 calories a day, and exercising vigourously for about an hour five days a week.

    Hun, you’re being a bit too paranoid right now :/ You do know that being 120 pounds at 14 years old is normal right..? That’s HEALTHY and average. An average person should be consuming 2000 calories a day. A diet is dangerous and it’s not healthy. Don’t limit the food you eat. You need to eat 3 full meals a day. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Just don’t eat dinner after 8, and don’t eat any snacks. & Water is very important, drink LOTS of water. You’ll be very hydrated and you won’t feel hungry as much. And Sleep early. I like the excercising idea, that will definitely work. If you want to lose a lot of weight and see a dramatic change, then running would be best. Run 5 days a week around the block. Set a goal for yourself. If you’re a good runner, run around the block for 15 minutes nonstop for 5 days a week. That will really help, and hopefully you can see a change in a week or so. Don’t expect to amazingly drop pounds after a day or two though, it takes time. Btw, If you excercise nonstop & everyday, that’s not healthy for your body, trust me. You need to take a day off or two at most. Good luck & stay healthy.

    Ok, you’re growing. You can’t expect to stay 105. Actually, 120 is the recommended weight for 5′4 so you’re totally fine they way you are. Trust me somewhere in high school all the girls who used to be super skinny suddenly put on weight- they’re still very thin, just look a little less skeletal. That sounds like what happened to you. If you don’t want a pooch exercise but don’t eat less- you’ll just make yourself hungry and eat even more later.

    yup definatly. i did it. Except for breakfast instead of hot coco drink skim milk. Within a week you will lose about 3lbs. 2 weeks baout 6-10 lbs. What helps is if you ccaryy i notebook with you to write down how much calories you eat each day so you know not to eat to much. ivve done it, it works, just make sure your consisstant and you stick with it. Im 5/3 and im 110. ive gotta lose some weight too,,

    no just do one thing and one thing only. Stop drinking pop. It is amazing how much weight people could lose if instead of drinking sodas or juices they would just drink water. Also if you have problems in the stomach area just do some running and crunches. Don’t eat only 700 calories eat at least 1200, if you do only eat 700 you could actually end up gaining weight. Also as far as the water thing don’t drink 8 glasses and weight yourself, you will not be happy with the results, always weight yourself in the morning for the actual weight. You could also try one of those detox diets that could help you lose up to 20 pounds and it is very healthy for you, and you will fell way better! My sister did it a couple weeks ago and she lost 15 pounds and she feels great!

    okay,well,i dont like your diet:(not that its bad,but you could have yummier things,and the same cals:)
    and i am 5′tall,and 130lbs:(i wanna be 85lbs:)and i lost a few pounds so far with my diet:
    breakfast:special k cereal,and soy milk(120cals)
    lunch:turkey sandwich,with little mustard,and an apple(200cals:)
    dinner:soup(70cal kind:)
    so thats 400cals all day:)
    and for snacks have celery(eew:)but,it burns more cals. than it takes in:)
    LOTS OF WATER!!!
    excersize everyday

    you’re not overWEIGHT for your age/height. if it’s extra fat bothering you, i’d try to tone up. concentrate more on exercise than calorie intake. i’d exercise as much as possible and eat HEALTHY foods, instead of actually counting your calorie intake.
