How to Diet Down NOW

im a little chubby so i have my flabs and crap like that but i want to gain muscle but try to get a six pack and muscle in my body with p90x but i dont know a good Diet that i could do coul someone give me a good diet for me to follow but one that will birn my body fat but will still help me gain muscle like alot of protein
