PLEASE HELP!! I want to crash diet….please help asap…as much answers needed plz!!?

I know that crash dieting is very very unhealthy but I have an event coming up in approx 7 days and I’ve heard of this crash diet. Now say if I do this Diet for the sake of the event and then really really properly diet for about 1 month or so, will I maintain the lost weight permenantly or for long term? Because I need to lose about 4 kg minimum for the event. I need as much as help as possible. Thank You.
No i’m not stopping my eating, but diets which lose alot of weight in a very little amount of time is a crash diet.

I personally wouldn’t do it. Even a week could cause some damage. Just be confident in how you look and who you are. Then even if you are not your ideal weight, you wont have to worry. You can start a normal healthy diet now and continue it for awhile, but don’t crash diet. Hope I helped :)

Crash Diet as in stop eating? no no no. When you stop eating, your body stores up all your fat and your metabolism stops causing you to stop burning calories, even if you ran or did any kind of exercise it cuts down. Eat healthy and exercise ALOT.

get two different fruits and eat one for breakfast (the most important meal :D) and one between you unch a dinnertime, say 4 or 5. then bunches of water and to help more, exercise. Go running in the morning before you start your daily routine and that should help? /:
i dont know how fast that works though, should be quick.
& another, my great uncle told me this when i visited him last summer,
    breakfast- regular breakfast
lunch- a banana and some buttermilk
    dinner- banana and buttermilk.
Than all the water you want
the bananas are healthy and give you the energy and potassium and the buttermilk spoils your appetite, Lol. He was about 310 and then 3-4 months later he was down to 250.

    EXERCISE!*
