please please please help with my diet plan?
i need a good high protein diet i have been told i should eat arround 100 to 120 grm protein i weight train i need a good sold Diet this is my diet please help
breakfast weetabix
after gym protein shake 30 grm protein
1lb of chicken or fish and some veg
2 hours later 2 egg whites
2 hours later 3 egg whites
i take amino acids arround 8 a day
please help i want a high protein diet to build mass i get bored of chicken so a vierity would be good
sounds like you are getting plenty. Be careful excess protein which is not used turns into fat.

You do realize to gain mass your body also needs carbs and fats right?
Your body only absorbs so much protein at one time depending on the source. You are basically wasting lots of protein and starving your body of other essential nutrients which will inhibit your muscle growth.
Eat balanced meals, and have small protein packed snacks during the day.

That is alot of protein….
Just eat healthy, eat enough vegetables, and fruits..
Ask your Doctor if your diet is okay, and if they recommend a better diet for you.
