Someone help me with my diet?
I am going to start Dieting today. Is it possible to loose a stone in a month? Please give me some tips on what to eat and what exercises to do, that don’t include going to the gym since there are none close the my home.
Also would it be a good idea to only drink water today to "wash" everything out? Any ideas would be nice.

Yes, drinking water will help with your health. You need to exercise. Running, walk, jog, bike, around you neighborhood. Cardio is what is going to make you loose the weight, and if you wanted to get toned, you’ll have to start weight lifting and doing core. You should do about 30 min. of cardio 5 times a week. As for your diet, no junk food. Processed food has so much sugar, fat, and carbs. Eat mostly vegetables, fruit, and lean protein(chicken and fish). Also watch your calories. Never go below 1200 a day, because your body will go into starvation mode and your body will hold onto everything you eat.
Losing weight takes time and dedication. Good luck and stick to it:)

Joining the local gym and getting a trainer to give you a routine is the best way I can think of. If it’s the first time you’ve been to the gym in a while (or ever) then chances are you will lose around a stone in the first month, then it will start to slow down a bit.
Dieting hasn’t really been proven to be more effective than just eating less.
