Fat Weight: 22 lbs
Lean Weight: 158 lbs
Estimated water weight: 64.7%

Can anybody provide me with a basic meal plan with basic college dorm food?
thanks
I JUST GRADUATED COLLEGE!! oh yea, and I’m 110 lbs so…I think that makes me a credible source for healthy college eating (and I hate Dieting).
1. do u have a meal plan or do you buy your own food?
You dont need any meal plans for college– just budget yourself. Trust me, once you learn how to eat frugally, you’ll drop the pounds, easy. And you’ll start buying food that you NEED rather than food taht you want. I, for example, realized that many of the foods I wanted were "luxary" items–they didn’t fil me and they had absolutely no nutritional value….so why would I spend the $$????? u see?
Anyway, one thing that i did to help cut down grocery costs (and it probably helped my belly out too) was that I reserved 1 day a week for food indulgance. Every Friday, I would either go get an ice cream cone at my favorite ice cream parlor…or I would go to my fave pizza place or get a gyro….etc. but I didn’t go all out! I was too poor to…basically, I allowed myself a $10 food indulgance on Fridays and anything went, as long as it fit within the budget. ALSO, I NEVER kept junk food at home! It would have been too expensive to, anyway. Besides, I’ll rip through a carton of ice cream in 1 day…that’s $5 down the drain. So…that’s another reason why I kept friday as my ultimate food indulgance day…every other day during the week, I just ate whatever would keep me from going hungry because I knew that come Friday, there was going to be a party in my belly.
Anyway, if you’re looking to cut down pounds at school, this is what I would suggest:
Meal plan options:
Stick to panini’s, wraps, sandwiches…
meal plan pastas and other foods are just as calorie laden as restaurant food…so eating on campus is like eating out EVERY night!! even when the school advertises food as being "healthy," its probably not. All veggies are typically doused in butter and they are not fat-conservative when cooking their meets. So, try to eat sadwiches, soups, etc on a regular basis and just eat the other stuff on the weekends.
Many schools also have smoothies– those are good! but remember: smoothies are meal replacements, not just drinks to accompany your meal…..many ppl eat a full meal with a smoothie on the side! that’s like having 2 full dinners as once!
If you are cooking at home:
again, stick to sandwiches/wraps and soups…they are cheap and easy to do
look into more "ethnic" food– they are cheaper and typically healthier too. EX–beans and legumes are very popular in 3rd world countries….so they are VERY cheap and also very very very good for you
oatmeal– the best ever cheap food ever…and VERY good for you and you can make it taste very good too!!

I object to your 2500 calories rule. That may not work.
You need to halve your fat and white carb intake. As you seem to be bulking up, just focus on eating 1.5x the protein that you’re eating now. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables because they can become your main source of carbohydrates. I know that you may not have a lot of easy access to a lot, but every college has a salad bar somewhere and a few baskets of fruit hanging around.
Email me if you have questions.
