tasty diet that will help me lose weight along with exersice?

I am 5′4 and weigh 125. I really need to lose the weight because i am going to become a jockey and need to lose 15 -20 lbs. I dont eat fish so no fish. Anything will be greatly appreciated.

You might want to consider a vegan diet– that means no meat, fish, eggs, or dairy. Focus on whole grains, non-animal proteins like beans, and lots of colorful vegesou dns. It sounds limited, but it really isn’t once you see how many great meat-free options are out there. If you want some inspiration, check out Alicia Silverstone’s book "The Kind Diet."

BTW I’m not 100% vegetarian/vegan, but you could try it for a few weeks just to get your weight loss going, then add things back in if you want.

Good luck!
