can u have gravy on the atkins Diet

Sure, why not. You have to limit your carbs. I wouldn’t have gravy all the time.

    If I’m honest, the atkins diet is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen, so I wouldn’t even do it!

    I did the atkins diet my god how stressfull that was even though it does work, trust me have a little gravy or mayo i did theres not much to enjoy on the diet and it helps the masses a protein go down you can get low carb versions.

    Ive included a link which has lots of usefull help for the diet.
