Trying to tone up for summer, need some diet help?

Okay so basically i am trying to get ready for swimsuit season and i need healthy eating tips. so im just going to tell you my daily routine and see what you think. any advice would be appreciated.

Today’s Exercise: walked about 4 miles
100 crunches
yoga/other exercises for about 45 mins

Here is what i ate today

Breakfast:
- low fat strawberry yogurt
- 24 small pretzels (1 serving)
- half a glass of soy milk
- natural fruit juice

Lunch:
- peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread
- a handful of white cheddar popcorn
- 1 red apple
- glass of 1% milk

Snack:
Starbucks Mocha w/ skim milk and whipped cream

Dinner:
small serving of french fries (i wasn’t too hungry)

So what do you think? Any areas that need improvement

*also the reason i don’t do much cardio is because i have chronic health problems
lady im a 16 year old girl do you really expect me to give up fries and coffee, i mean i only eat it once and awhile but i won’t give it up entirely

drop the soy milk(can be fattening) drop the cheddar popcorn and fries, drink normal milk and go easy on the peanut and jelly.Whipped cream defeats the skim milk concoction. More fruit won’t hurt.
