UPDATE! Sacred Heart Diet & Super Colon Cleanse
No purging in two whole weeks baby. TWO WHOLE WEEKS. Yay! I am so happy. Even though i’ve had many triggering emotions withing the past few days, i am holding strong. Praise God! Forgot to mention in the vid, it is only through His amazing power that i have been blessed to withhold from this addiction for this long.
Tomorrow, i am going on the Sacred Heart Diet. It is a very healthy Diet. Google it…It’s been around awhile. It is used a lot of times to help those suffering from obesity to lose weight. My mom and sister are also joining me, that way i won’t be alone and won’t have the chance to become obsessed with it at anytime. Not sure if i mentioned this in previous vids, but i am going on a vacation to HAWAII with my family! It will be fun…until i put on a bikini, heh. So hopefully this diet will help me to tone up in a healthy way.
Lastly, i need some tips on colon cleansing. I am using the Super Colon Cleanse, in pill form, which is like a natural fiber. HOWEVER, i am having current side effects. You guessed it! Diarrhea, MAJOR. I am just curious, is this like, the “norm” for the colon cleansing process? I need some counciling on some expert colon cleansers here…pretty please?

oh and also.. colon cleanse pills are a gimic. i went to the health food store and thats what he told me. what you should do instead is go to the health food store and get ground flax seed and before you eat anything in the morning mix a tablespoon of it with a big glass of water and drink it

The Super Colon Cleanse should be great. It is natural. When I worked at the health food store years ago. I used it. It works well. You should go to the bathroom cause it is removing the waste and toxic out your colon. The only way it will come out is that way.

Great job on not B/P for 2 weeks! *hugs* I hope your mom didnt hear anything about what you were talking about. Ive had some really close calls with my parents in the past. Purging etc D= Its just such an awful feeling i get… If they found out my ed
I could see how the colon cleanse would do that. I have been wondering about those things myself. Just my lack of funds keeps me from it xD Keep us posted on what happens with super colon cleanse? =] I am interested to hear about others as well.

I’m trying the sacred heart diet too…today is my first day, I have been eating fruit and that soup…not too bad so far, i like the soup and I am full. Anyways, let me know ur updates on this diet and i will give u my updates…thanks

Thats wonderful on no purging for 2 weeks. Im so proud of you, and you should so be so proud of yourself. I remember when I got that far, it was awesome thing. Celebrate it!!! Ed isnt winning this one!
