What are some good foods to eat that can help me build up muscle?

Ive been doing weights lately but i need a Diet that will help me with building up muscle, any suggestions?

In addition to your normal 3 meals a day:

- Add a glass of of Raw Eggs every morning (if you can’t tolerate that, try ensure plus. It’s 350 calories.)

- Eat Peanut Butter Sandwiches as snacks.

- Drink Protein powder mixes (GNC has many varieties for weight gaining, muscle gaining, etc.) every night.

- Make sure to have a lot of protein in your diet (fish, meat, beans, etc.)

    go for mainly protiene based meat protine shakes and the like helps build muscles
