What Diet will help me loose weight?

I’m NOT asking which is healthier, I’m NOT asking which is better. I’m asking out of these which will make me MORE SKINNY?

1. Eating 5 healthy small meals a day
2. Eating very little for example:
fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch.
3. Eating like normal most days and fasting one day a week.

I’d opt for your first answer.. if you eat small healthy meals per day you should be able to lose weight because what this does is it keeps your metabolism up. I was told that if all I ate was salad with no dressing, that I still would not lose weight because I’d basically be putting my body into the dreaded starvation mode. However, I can eat 5 small meals and add exercise and still NOT lose weight because I have a hormonal imbalance. When your hormones are out of whack there is nothing you can do that will help you lose weight form what I’ve been told.
