What is a good diet for a teenager?

OKay, i do not want a big diet! I am trying to stay away from junk food and candy but it’s kind of hard. Is it possible for someone to give me a diet to go on?. I am starting to exercise but I think that I may also need a Diet, help please! :)
Breakfast: A big meal.
Lunch: A moderate meal.
Dinner: A little snack.

Trust me, this works.

    Drink Acai Juice three times a day.
    Eat blueberries for snacks.
    Eat oatmeal for breakfast.
    Eat veggies for lunch or dinner.
    Fish will be good for dinner.
    Drink water frequently.

    Just keep exercising, but don’t change much of your current diet. Exercising more will require you to eat a good amount of food to keep with the strength you need to lose fat and develop muscle in it’s place. Exercising vigorously AND dieting can turn disastrous in some situations. Just try to control what type of food currently goes into your body, not the amount. Fresh fruit and veggies for snacks and breakfast instead of chips or sugary cereals, a small piece of chicken and some salad instead of a big steak dinner, a sandwich or pasta full of fresh ingredients, instead of kraft dinner or pb & j. Etc. Try to look for substitutions for your current diet, instead of cutting back on the amount of food you consume.

    just try to stay off candy and junk food. i know you said its hard and it really is, food is addicting! if you do have a chocolate craving it wont go away until you fulfill it, a nutritionist i went to advised you to turn off all electronics and go sit down in a quiet place and just eat 2-3 squared of chocolate and it would make your craving go away, but you really had to focus on the candy and you had to like it. you can try that with other things too but as a teenager you shouldn’t have to diet. if you stay to eating only 2000 calories a day and exercising for about an hour a day you should be good.
    if you really want to do a diet, a bunch of my friends have really liked the special k diet and say it really works. but then you need to go out and buy all the food so just try to eat healthy, don’t use as much sauce or dressing or salt on your food and you should be good(:

    try eating more fruits and vegetables. yogurt is good it not only clean out and help fight bacteria inside but it taste great. stay away from fried oily and greasily foods . eat grill and lean meats. stay away from soda of any kind . drink water with lime and or lemon slices. every month seventeen magazine always have great new food ideas so you should check that out .
