what is a good diet to help increase the size of your butt?
i think i should go on a Diet where i eat of starch but walk a lot because i know it will make my but bigger but make it saggy eww right…..but any way tell me some ideas y’alll may have thank you!!
There is NOTHING that you can eat that will sculpt a part of your body. Zip! Nada! Bupkis! If you eat more in calories than you burn, all you do is GAIN WEIGHT IN FAT! WHEN WILL YOU LEARN? If you want to increase the shape of your rear, then exercise targeted to build muscle mass is the answer, NOT some imaginary magic bullet from a diet. Get a personal trainer! Get advice from a nutritionist! You DO have a brain, don’t you? Well, USE IT.

Lunges! And squats! That’ll get that booty lookin’ really good. And firm it up
Eat very, very well and limit your soda intake.

Okay as a nurse I can tell you starches will not build up your butt they will make your stomach ….then your legs,….then your arms…then your face FAT…then finally your Butt will get big and fat as well..
what to build up your butt go to payless shoes and why the shape up shoes and walk your way to a great butt they really work!!! I wear them to work at the hosptial and I get an 8 hour workout they increase your muscles and muscle tone in your legs and your butt
