What is a safe diet pill to help cut fat without exercising?

My schedule is crammed packed of things to do during the day/week. No time to hit a gym & all I need is to lose a few pounds around my mid-section. Was gonna look into getting some Diet pills to at least boost my metabolism. Any suggestions?

Also sadly weight never wants to come off the mid-section. It is the area it likes to cling to. Even ten minutes a day exercising or 10 minutes of yoga before work will help you lose weight overall plus a dief of around 1400 kcals a day for a few weeks will shift a few pounds.

there are no diet pills that are effective, they are only an effective way to part you from your money.

"Alli" weight loss pills are safe, as long as you follow the instructions. What Alli does is absorbs the fat from your digestive tract and passes it out of the body. However, if you eat too much fat, you will get the dreaded "fatty diarrhea" so be careful.

You might also want to cut out all sugar from your diet, this also means sweet fruits and juices. This will go a long way to achieving your goals.

Diet pills don’t work. They tell you to use diet pills while exercising, because they don’t work at all. You lose the same amount of weight as you would without the diet pills. Diet pills are HORRIBLE for your health. They just had a recall on that Hydroxycut (I have no idea if that is how it is spelled) stuff. Girls have had heart attacks from diet pills.

Just go on a diet and walk as much as you can. Like if you are wanting to go somewhere close to where you live, walk instead of driving. Use stairs instead of escalators. You would be surprised at what just walking around can do.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

No diet pills are safe. Cut fat from your diet, eat less about 1200-1500 calories a day and exercise. It doesn’t have to be hard core exercise, but enough to get your heart rate going. No magic pills, just a lot of consistency and hard work. Good luck!
