what would be a sure proof diet plan to help lose app. 7-10 lbs in 2 weeks?
I have tried every diet I can get my hands on, I now take diet pills, but after I stop taking them the weight comes back.
Hi,
I have lost 5 stone over roughly a four year period of on and off dieting and the best way I found to reduce my weight quickly before my wedding was to watch the amount of fat I was consuming, I did not bother myself too much with the calorie side of things and keep to food with extremely low fat content. This work extremely well although appart from hitting the atkins diet I think that you are looking at the most to loose the 7 pound in 2-4 weeks on any Diet.
All the best with it I know dieting sucks!!!

cut ur calories down to about 1000 a day. and drink 1 gallon of water a day…water flushes out fat cells. do 30 minutes of cardio a day. i. e jumping jacks, running in place, climbing stairs

You cannot loose that much in two weeks on diet alone. You”re lucky to lose that much in 2 weeks with diet and exercise. The weight comes back because you’ve taught your body to yo yo. You need to maintain a decent diet and exercise regimen at all times to maintain your weight, not just when you want to lose weight.

It’s hard to promise a specific amount of weight loss for anyone on any kind of diet. Too many factors and everyone’s body works differently. I cant tell you that if you’re following difficult diets only to lose weight it’s like sprinting in a race to the finish line. Once you get to the weight you want to stop doing the things that helped you get there. The best way to diet is moderation because it is much more likely you will continue it after you’ve lost the weight. You can try that by doing a moderate cut in your calories, but I would also recommend taking a look at the 4evrSlim 2/2/2 plan. It isn’t just meal replacements it also has you eating normal meals each day so that it is a moderate approach to weight loss, but you still can lose alot of weight. It worked for me and maybe for you. Take a look, hope that helps!
