Will 2 hours of dancing a day with a healthy diet help me lose weight?
I do a bit of dancing everyday and have a very healthy Diet. Will this help me lose weight if I keep going with it?
I am also about to start running and swimming…. will this help too?
Karen - haha nah im not overweight. I’m actually quite skinny (in some places). I think the problem is that I have flab on my stomach and not abs! And my thighs are kinda big.. (only kind of though). Like I said before… I’m not too fat. I just need to lose some weight and get fit.
Depends on whether you’re overweight or not to start with but it should do yep! Dancing, running and swimming all excellent exercises, I thouroughly approve of your choices
