Will doing crunches everyday help at all if you dont diet?

will working out like 5 times a week help at all if you dont diet?

Depends on what you mean by "working out." Aerobics, such as walking, running, swimming will help you lose weight; but any exercise will also help build muscles; muscle weighs more than fat. Doing crunches will definitely help firm and strengthen your abdominal and back muscles, and that’s a good thing (strong abs help support the back). As for not Dieting: that comes down to calories. I didn’t change my eating habits, but spent three days week, 30 minutes each day, doing aerobics and I lost weight. Depends on what your goals are. I suggest a combination of aerobics and weights (e.g., treadmill for 20 minutes, then weight lifting for 10 minutes).

    Any type of physical activity even as small as walking up the stairs a couple more times a day will help you get in better shape or lose weight or what ever you are trying to do. Dieting does help you reach your goal quicker though.

    look up matt furey or combat conditioning there are some workouts for ur abs even on youtube find the workouts for ur midsection and if u think its works stick to it. also if ur diet hasn’t changed and u eat as much as u like u need to also workout as much to burn that off.

    You can lose weight if you use correct way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works very well for anyone. I lost my weight fast using this diet way.
