Will this diet help me loose weight for good?

Ok this is my diet plan

Breakfast: 1 glass of milk. (8:00am)
Lunch: Salad with 1 brown pitta bread (145 kcals) 1 frankfurter (98 kcals) and some cesear sald dressing (70 kcals per tblespoon) (10:35 am)
Snack: 1 pear , 1 glass of water ( 4:00 pm)
Dinner: Salad with chicken and same as above.
After Dinner: Shape 0 Yogurt.

Excercise: 100 kcal run on treadmill, walk, maybe jump on trampoline

I am 153 pounds, 5"4 and i want to loose weight in 2 moths or so..
12 years old female.
NOT MY ACCOUNT

sure if you’re going to eat it for ever….

actaully, you’re undereating and would be better off doing a proper Diet
starving yourself only makes your body hoard fat
